S2E2 - Race Report Road Edition Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg

The 2018 IndyCar season started off with slipping and sliding (or bumping and grinding if you're Rossi) and a heartbreaking finish under the Florida sun at the Firestone Grand Prix in St. Petersburg. We download all the thoughts about the race, qualification, practice sessions, and the new car, as we drive back to Indiana. Enjoy the guest appearance by the MVP of all of our road trips.

Since 2018 season is coming up soon we chat about all the races (21:30) Our Woman of the Week is "Nitro" Nellie Goins (44:56). Shit We Didn't Make Up covers the political people who like the Indy 500 (51:44).  In honor of Presidents' Day (week), we had the opportunity to sit down with Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Doug Boles and talk about everything from the IMS, to the Indy 500, to his favorite types of races, his favorite types of cars, and just fun stories swapped between fans. We, of course, have always been huge fans of his, pretty sure after this interview everyone will be just as happy as we are that this is the guy running the IMS. #IsItMayYet  

S1E38 - Breakups Ruin Everything

Happy Valentines Day, we discuss the breakup between CART and IRL, the reunification, and how we all lost on that split (22:16). News rundown including the details on the Coyne shared ride, liveries, the windshield, and how F1 and WEC can't seem to take a step in the right direction (1:18). It's finally happened - Dale Coyne has shut down the final "open" seat, and it's a shared ride. We discuss that and all sorts of opinions on the drivers for the 2018 season (52:15). Things are moving in the racing world so we talk engine leaders, Alonso, Grid Girls, and reality television (2:30). Our Woman of the Week is Nicole Lyons (1:36:00), and we talk about a time with the Indiana Legislature wasn't too keen on the Indianapolis 500 (1:40:52).

S1E36 - Race Report Road Edition: Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona

First race of 2018! First Tequila Patron North America Endurance Cup Race! First IMSA Race! First Rolex 24 Hours! First Race Report!! First Road Edition (enjoy the road noise!)! Fresh off our trip to Daytona, in fact, recorded during our return trip, we talk about the Rolex 24 including how our drivers did, how we did, a fight over tires and refueling and of course the awesome female drivers! We really did love Daytona, but it just made us even more excited for the IndyCar season to start, and we’re ready for May!
